Loose fit

I received the calibration stops pretty quickly and installed one as the video indicated. Everything went smoothly until I gently pushed it onto the, for lack of words, spline. It went all the way to the bottom and fell off. I had to pull it back up, realign on the spline, and the proceed with putting everything back together. It has worked so far with no issues, but I did send a separate email asking about the loose fitting with no reply and thus the reason for my 2 stars. I'm still concerned it's going to fall back off as it goes through its sewing routine.

Yes, I can see how that could cause an issue. They press fit on to the gear, if it comes off, it may not be tight anymore. I'll send you a replacement, I hope this helps to resolve the problem.

Husqvarna Viking calibration stops

The calibration stops fit my 2005 Viking Designer SE perfectly. Shipping was very quick, and I am just so happy I was able to repair my machine myself, with help from the Sewing Machine Repair Guy. I watched his online video on how to do the repair, plus a few others. There’s just nothing like a vintage Viking sewing/embroidery machine made in Sweden!
